The 2019 RICMS Lego Team, The Numb Thumbs, presented their award-winning lego project to the Rock Island Community Home partners.

 

The students designed a tiny home village community for a vacant space on 24th avenue that used to be a housing complex. The team won for best presentation at the first Lego League Competition in the 2019-202 season.

 

Due to COVID, their project was on hold. Students were finally able to present their designs on Tuesday, May 3, 2022. The board took a look at their project and listened to the student's ideas to see how they can incorporate them in the future!
